Energy Healing Session

Energy healing sessions at Collecting Hope are offered as optional, complementary support for individuals who feel called to explore their grief, loss, or life transitions through a more experiential or contemplative lens.

These sessions draw from multiple gentle, energy‑based practices to support grounding, reflection, and a deeper sense of connection during times of change. While energy work does not replace counseling or mental health care, many people find it supportive alongside—or separate from—traditional talk‑based approaches.

Below are the current types of energy healing sessions offered.

Standard Grief & Loss Healing

Energy Assessment & Grounding Session (50 min)
This session offers a gentle assessment of how grief may be showing up on an energetic or embodied level, with attention to areas that feel heavy, stagnant, or unsettled. The intention of this work is to support grounding, clarity, and a felt sense of presence.

This session can be a supportive entry point for those curious about energy work, or for individuals who feel emotionally processed yet still carry the weight of loss in their bodies or energy.

(No belief system or spiritual framework is required.)

Relationship or Divorce Transition Energy Healing

Energy Assessment & Transition‑Focused Support (50 min)

The ending of a relationship can bring grief, confusion, and a sense of disorientation that extends beyond words. These sessions focus on supporting release, clarity, and energetic boundary‑setting during times of relational transition.

Some clients use this space to reflect on patterns, attachments, or internal agreements that no longer feel aligned, while opening room for steadiness and forward movement.

This work is reflective and supportive in nature, not predictive or directive.

Trance‑Style Healing & Contemplative Connection

Energy Assessment & Integrative Support Session (50 minutes)

These sessions are designed for individuals who feel drawn to a deeper, contemplative experience of connection, meaning, or remembrance following a loss.

In this work, I hold a grounded and respectful space for reflection, symbolic imagery, intuitive awareness, or sensed connection that may arise organically during the session. While some clients experience a felt sense of connection to loved ones who have died, this is never guaranteed, and the focus remains on the client’s internal experience, safety, and integration.

Clients are encouraged to approach these sessions with openness rather than expectation.
